An individual service
We take the time to understand your individual requirements and encourage you to talk to us about your product(s) and what you are hoping to achieve. Post-test, we will spend time discussing the results with you, so that you get the benefit of clearly understanding why your sample performed in the way that it did and to understand the problems you might need to overcome should you need to re-test.
Test confirmation within 24 hours
We can issue a one page ‘Test Confirmation’ within 24 hours of the completion of the test programme. You can use this to demonstrate the performance of your product, instead of waiting weeks for the draft test report. This could make the difference to whether you meet a tender deadline.
Client facilities
Our client meeting room has Wi-Fi access and refreshments. You can observe the testing in real-time with an experienced Test Engineer. Once complete the Engineer will discuss the test results with you, including possible problem areas. In some cases we can re-test on the same day.
