Why do we need so much information?
In order for us to deliver an effective audit we must first evaluate the amount of auditing time you need and the information we ask you to provide helps us do that.
How long does it take to complete the form?
The request a quote form takes only a few minutes to complete as the details should be familiar to you. We ask that you complete it electronically if possible so that the appropriate questions are displayed on your screen as you work through the form. 
How long does it take to provide a quote?
We aim to get back to you with a formal quotation letter within 48 hours of receiving your completed form. If you require a more urgent response let us know and we will do our best to turn your quotation around in 24 hours.

What are the next steps if I am happy with my quote?
If you are happy with your quote and wish to proceed then we ask you to complete and return the New UK Customer Application form and we can then begin the process of booking audit dates.
What if I get the information wrong?
If your information is incorrect it can result in an incorrect quote so it is important to give us as much accurate information as possible. However, if we spot an inconsistency we will call or email you to verify the details. Also your auditor will always verify information at your initial assessment visit.
