The Draft International Standard (DIS) 45001 was published in February 2016 for public consultation. As part of this consultation process the DIS 45001 standard received over 3,000 comments. This reason together with the fact that the participating members of the ISO committee did not approve the first Draft International Standard (DIS), have caused a delay in the publication and release of the new ISO 45001 standard.

Exova considers the challenges of upgrading passive fire protection measures in historic buildings at Fire Sector Summit

A workshop on achieving non-obtrusive, yet effective passive fire protection in heritage buildings, co-presented by Exova Warringtonfire, will kick off a series of heritage-themed presentations at this year’s Fire Sector Summit at the Royal College of Surgeons in London on October 18th.
