Latest update on ISO 45001 that was expected to be published in October 2016

The ISO 45001 standard was expected to be published in October 2016. The Draft International Standard (DIS) 45001 was published in February 2016 for public consultation. As part of this consultation process the DIS 45001 standard received over 3,000 comments. This reason together with the fact that the participating members of the ISO committee did not approve the first Draft International Standard (DIS), have caused a delay in the publication and release of the new ISO 45001 standard.
